About Me
I have worked for 25+ years in complex, global corporate structures as well as smaller entrepreneurial teams in entertainment, media, retail and finance sectors. Having managed teams, working cross territories and cross divisions, I have a gained a strong understanding of building positive team dynamics, identifying individual strengths and developing and empowering people to grow their awareness and confidence in their inner capabilities.

I have learned from great role models and leaders as well as bad managers. I have had to find ways to keep personal and team motivation high during drastic change and transition, including mergers and takeovers. I have experienced periods of frustration, blocked career goals, challenging colleagues, suffered from impostor syndrome as well as experienced great moments of personal achievement and career milestones.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to overcome these hurdles alone, I’ve been there and that’s exactly why I became a coach: to help people find clarity, confidence, and purpose, no matter where they are in their professional journey. It’s why I am on a mission to help people stand on their own two feet, with quiet confidence and self belief.

I believe that we are all unique and bring something to the table – both at home and at work. Often this gets overlooked, forgotten/misplaced and coaching provides the time and space to explore where you really are, remind you what truly drives you and look at options for you to make an active choice to take the next step forward. Being more conscious of making decisions in our lives can be fun and engenders a greater sense of control and confidence in who we are and our own unique “super strengths”.

My passion for people and team development has encouraged me to deepen over time my knowledge in coaching through the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC) Practitioner course to becoming an ICF ACC accredited coach and I continue to sharpen my skills with continuous development in behavioural and positive psychology, NLP and team effectiveness. I am also an associate with OccPsychs working with experienced coaches across a diverse range of interest and actively volunteer my services, most recently working with ICF Foundation, Microloan Foundation and World Vision.
How We Will Work Together
Our coaching takes place through 1 on 1 online video conference discussions, although in person meetings can be agreed dependent on location. I work with individuals or companies as stakeholders/sponsors of individuals, and we schedule meetings based on your bespoke needs. Most coaching sessions are typically every 2-4 weeks for 60 minutes from 3 sessions to longer development work over several months.
